Instead of AC delete, I managed to get away with just removing the condenser fan to get enough room to mount the cooler. Try to isolate the components you mount from metal to metal contact, using rubber bushings or o-rings or something like that

LOL... Wow, I feel smart :) That would explain a number of things! I guess I assumed since the speedometer is mechanically connected, there were no electronics talking to the ECU, i thought the RPM working would be enough! Thanks :D

I'm pretty sure it's hooked up lol, I'll double check, but I do remember seeing the needle bounce around a bit (a good 1-1/2" down from the 0) so that would eliminate that option, it is routed differently from stock, but no harsh bends or anything I do have a dual filter mount and a trasko...

Making progress, the car is much better mannered now!! My MAP readings seemed a bit off, I hooked it up to the AFPR vac source instead, and the readings are much better! MAP actually spikes up quickly with the throttle, as opposed to a slow incline. It's at a much more driveable point now :)...

Nope, it's not nearly as thick as the sway bar I'm not really sure what it is for, I think it's a brace incase the driveshaft breaks or something, it is supposed to bolt below the driveshaft, just forward of the LSD iirc I didn't notice it when I reinstalled the driveshaft, it was only bolted...

It's a tial, so no :( I can only replace it with a stiffer spring, but what kind of spring would cause it to open at idle?! Also one of my couplers is abit to large or something and I'm not sure if it's sealing properly. So do you avoid setting exact timing until after the first few runs?

Ha, well isn't that the truth! So next time I idle the car should I let it warm up abit so I can set the timing? And how about the BOV opening at idle? That concerns me... I'm not looking forward to debugging that driveline noise most of all though :(

A few more diagnostics: I have code 24 and 32, I know 24 is normal with Maft-Pro, but 32... well I remember disconnecting the HAC sensor, although I've done so many things I could forget such a small task. If it is disconnected as it's supposed to be with the Pro, will it still throw a code...

Almost... Fuel system is all put back together, pressure INSTANTLY shoots up to 40 psi when I jump FP and B+, there was a bit of a leak but thats all taken care of and I'm about to try and see if I can drive it for the first time in over 3 years :D
