Question about impellers: For my rebuild I bought a new pump off ebay. My original impeller is stamped the new one is cast. Is there a difference in function or durability?

Thanks for the props,hopefully I'll have more as my rebuild begins. It's a C-5A, I'm a Crew Chief on it. -17's are cute, but like our cars, the C-5's are old, finicky and can do somethings others can't, survive a crash...... Why in India?

I think I can say this for many: Do some research. So many other ways to improve the engine for the money. Believe me I paid in spades through lack-o-knowledge. And Good luck!

I believe the weep hole drip indicates that the bushing/bearing is shot, correct me if I'm wrong.
