I would do the 12v mod, then adjust the fuel pressure to see around 3.5v Vf in cruise mode while still trying to maintain 14.7 afr's. Then when you go WOT see what your afr's look like then. When you go 12v full time you won't get that boost in fuel pressure going from 9v to 12v, so hopefully...

What is your base fp vacuum disconnected? Do you have a wideband? Have you done the 12v mod? Stock fuel pump?

Without the engine ever going through a heat cycle wouldn't the coating still be intact? Or does the pressure of it torqued down make it stick to the mating surfaces?

Plot the same points on a T61 and you'll be pleasantly surprised. It's been known to be a good match for the 7mgte. Unfortunately, does not bolt onto the stock manifold. It's a T4 turbo. It's old technology too, as many here would point out. Still a good match.

I did the 12v mod today. Success. I'm getting 13.5v to the pump while the car is idling. Now my tune is out of whack and needs a retune. I'll be busy doing that when time permits.
