I remember you telling me that you moved close to rockpapaersword. Sure I'd like to feel what real power is. I'm just not so sure when our schedules will coincide. BTW guys, David's car is running tip top. Rock solid idle and all. I have no clue what problems he was talking about.

Head has been shaved 0.010. Block was bored 0.020 (0.508mm) on an 83mm piston is 83.5mm. You should be safe running an 84mm gasket. I would think e-fans would be ok in Connecticut. I installed e-fans in the winter time back in the day. Once mid spring rolled around and temps started climbing in the mid to upper 80's the e-fans wouldn't keep up while car was sitting in traffic, or idling. My car started to overheat. I...

Yeah, doing the ignitor ground mod wouldn't hurt. But since it has already started and run before I would check & clean all grounds. Go from there.

Desperately need to find a couple of M9x1.25 bolts!

Why not tap them to m10 x 1.25? Assuming you work at some kind of car repair shop I'm sure you'd have that tap and those sized bolts or studs lying around everywhere.

Yeah, if it bothers you then grind, and repaint. I'm back home now. We had a great time. Ended up going to Jefferson's Monticello. It was beautiful out there. My son said it was an awesome vacation. That's what's it's all about. Making memories.

Oh come on guys, it's just Washington D.C. You guys do know that every gov't run building here is free. This is a poor mans vacation. That's your tax dollars hard at work. Check the link below: http://washington.org/topics/free-attractions So much to do, not enough time to see it all.

Nice upgrade. If I had the money I'd buy them. Of course I have bigger problems at the moment. But now while I'm vacation. :) What do ya'll think? Went to George Washington's crib. It was nice. We might go to my homie TJ Monticello tomorrow. It might rain, so we might save it for Wednesday...

    Sheedy Built Supra

You'll be surprised how many people brake early their first times out at a dragstrip. I was one of them. I didn't know any better and kept braking right after the 1000ft mark for some reason. My friend did the same thing, and many other newbies I see out their first time.
