    after changing the valve covers and cam seals, adjusting the timing belt seems too confusing for me.

    FIXED IT! Turns out the timing belt wasn't evenly on the gears, so I fixed it and threw some belt lube on it. Quiet as ever. I took it driving but it seems a little slow when accelerating. I'm going to check the plugs tommorrow.

    Ok well it's defenitly not a vacuum leak, something is wrong with the timing belt.

    the noise is defenitly coming from the timing belt area. it sounds exactly like the sound my friend's car was makeing when his timing belt needed to be adjusted. loud, scratching, high pitch, and well.. bad sounding...

    if ur looking at the engine from the front, the pipe before the 3000 pipe wasn't connected properly.
