yes it would, picture it as a stretching of all the maps, but they are all stretched in the same proportions, so the car can still work and function properly. a 4.9 will get you 7600. This is all assuming your stock rev limit is 6500 where mine is not thats why i think a 4.9 would be ~8k...

dude f50s are not turbo. Sequential turbo setups like the mkiv are overrated, or theyve yet to be perfected. 400-440 is possible, i would run them that high duty though. Most sets actually flow 460cc or more.
