Yep i agree, sounds like valve stem seals. Quite an easy job once you get the hang of it. My biggest tip is don't put in e-bay type valve stem seals. Go buy some genuine Toyota ones or at least from a reputable company. Plenty of write ups on here about it, so read up first as there is a few...

I can tell you what mine makes if that helps, i have no idea though what a perfect pressure for the 7m is, an expert like IJ will have a better idea of what that is. The oil I'm using is 5-30 Castrol synthetic. Cold 80-90psi, warm at idle 30-40psi, warm at cruise 50-70 (oil pump not shimmed)...
