In the past with clutches i've never had any problems bleeding this way, but i'll certainly try anything once (well nearly anything ). Hows the vacuum bleeder work? And where can i buy one?

    Clutch release issue.

Ok i wound it out all the way but it still isn't quite enough, i think ill go back over the bleeding again to see if i can find any more bubbles and then i'll make a custom slave rod or adjust the clutch fork mount to suit.

    1fz-fe?

Hate to state the obvious but whats wrong with a 2jzgte or a 2jzge-t? I know it's common but at least you won't have too much drama getting information on the swap.

    Unfair fines!

I don't really know much about law so i wouldn't have a clue how to even go about it and if i pay someone it will end up costing more. There was two police officers there at the time and one was great with a great attitude that didn't look like he even wanted to be there but the other was...

    Clutch release issue.

Yeah theres a bit there Ian. I will play with that some more today to see if i can tweak for more travel but im not sure it will be enough. It's like the clutch plate is too thick. I have another idea though, if i add spacers to the mount that holds the clutch fork will that give me more or less...

    Unfair fines!

Funny you should say that, the same night there were 6 harleys riding round town breaking several rules and the cops wouldn't touch them. Guess i was an easy target.

So i fitted up my clutch and pressure plate i had rebuilt by a shop in Australia and put it all back like it used to be, carefully installing all the washers in the right order e.t.c and when i push the clutch peddle to the floor it won't dissengage. I refitted a new clutch slave and clutch...

    Unfair fines!

Thanks Lilmiss! it makes me feel alot better to hear about other dodgy fine stories for some reason. I also have got a ticket before for an incorrectly hooked up vacuum line that ran to my charcoal canister, that was on my slr lx torana, A mechanic later told me my car didn't need one anyway and...

    Unfair fines!

So i just wanted to share a fine i just received 30 mins ago whilst on my 250rr motorbike. I was coming home after dropping off my old boys ute when i stopped at the lights and waited for them to turn green (as you do). When i took off i gave it quarter throttle, let out the clutch and as the...

    You know you're Australian if.....

Hahaha no in fact you are wrong, i lived in a town called roma growing up, which is inland about 6-7 hours from brisbane. The old farmers there seemed to always refer to women as sheilas and they have a accent thats different from people in the city as well. Good place to get drunk and go...

    350z vs 7mgte

Isn't it amazing how good the old supras are against even new sports cars out on the open roads. Good win!
