i never said the MKIV was a chick magnet, i said that it could pull 1000x the girls that a MKIII will.. and that is simply because the MKIII doesn't appeal much to girls (in my experience). maybe it's just my age group (i'm sure the case would be even worse as you get older though), if you guys...
women are way more attracted to the newer body stylings of the MKIV, they don't appreciate the oldschool looks of the MKIII like us. if i had a 1/2JZ, i'm sure they'd forget about the looks though
i'm still 7MGE, yes, i suck.
if given the choice, i would get the MKIV, mostly because i wouldn't have to spend much to get ~400whp out of it.. and it's way more classy, you can pull 1000x the chicks in a MKIV then a MKIII :[
the head of my car is already off and i have to install a pair of cams in the GTE head regardless, whether it be turbo or n/a it's gonna be the same amount of work
that curve looks really nice, i think i'm probably going to go thru with it and see how i like it. i'll be going turbo soon anyways, so i'm saving myself a little time in the end

so there's no one out there that has any evidence of the GTE cams in a GE??
this is odd, i really think we need to get some concrete information on this
i got ahold of a turbo head, so i'll be throwing that on top of my GE block. i was wondering if anyone has ever run the GE with the GTE head+cams? i know some of the guys have run the GTE with GE cams for more power at the bottom end, but has anyone done the opposite?
