    so, i'm comming back from Santa Fe and at a stop i noticed my idle was higher than before. before this i've been running with a code 51 so my idle was at about 1k-1100 rpm. now its at about 1300-1400 rpm. from what i've been told, Code 51 is an out of adjustment TPS. could it have gotten worse now?

    i have a Cooleeze Mega Mouth DP and had to have BIC make a 1" shorter test pipe and my blitz exhaust fits perfect. its true, if you have a cali spec MKIII you'll need to shave an 1" somewhere in your piping. or, do what i did and have BIC make you a shortened test pipe. my exhaust sounds so...

    i love my Blitz exhaust. the only thing that sucks is its about an inch longer than stock and most aftermarket exhausts. you may have to get a shorter test pipe or cut out an inch if pipe of the blitz pipes.

    but it seems as though my fan is engaged a lot more than with the shroud on. and i can feel a drag in the motor when it is engaged, its kinda anoying. i can see why people would want to go with the electric fan set up.

    so, my radiator fan shroud broke on me whille i was driving and i had to remove it. the dealer wants almost $200 for a new one, i cant find any good ones at the local junk yards and i cant find any in any for sale sections. is it safe to drive around with out the fan shroud? any suggestions...

    i feel yah, guys... mine does the same, too. on cold starts (when the car has been sitting for a whille), it's idle is rough and low for about 15-20 seconds then goes nice and smooth. i noticed this after i changed my spark plugs to a one step colder copper NGK plug. it never realy did this...
