I used 4 cyl camry cam seals I think, it was close but a lil thicker, corrola 4A seals seemed closer. Just carfuly take one out and go match it up at your local dealer. I have seen them go over 100k miles without a drip.
jetjock, I bet you dont just work on Supras, you work on all Toyota and others also, so you probably know what I mean when I say 02-06 Toyota a\c light flashing? Im betting on same problem with the starters. Please correct me if Im wrong so that I can continue to learn in my young age.

I cut this one off of a JDM 7m harness, I thought I could us it with my swap but noticed them to be differant. Glad to see it being done in our area. Keep us posted.
vasoline on the old seals keeps em from leaking unless of coarse they are torn. Plus, the wife likes her targa alot more than my old hardtop. Some people say get targa bars, but I made some and I dont think they do that much better. I will make a X bar next time I get my hands on a good...
I am still running with the charcoal canister, but my 1j was a soarer so its got a lil vsv under the intake I used for that. Did you have to stretch the harness that way or leave it short? Just a lil info for my next swap I need?
that lil thing on your alt is a capacitor. leave it there its stock on some GE models. and it looks like you have your ground wire used as a positive wire. I.E. where its attatched to your alt should be at the fender, where its at the starter should be on the block, and attatched to neg post...
I used the auto a342e with my 1jz swap, its much more "plush" I guess is the word. The 7m turbo trans I had was a solid shifting trans and the feel of the converter was stiff with a good low stall so it moved at idle. The jz auto feels like my wifes Lexus trans with a higher stall, I guess...
If any of you all have drivin' a Solara convertable you will understand how much of a POS it rides. Eh, on the other hand, maybe he wanted an easy way to put in a cage?:naughty:
It is possible to wash out bearings under high pressure. I wish we could still get the japan Denso filters from Toyota. A lil info, a D3 Filter from Toyota for Tundra is a lil bit taller with more filter element and fits on a Supra.
Sell the sc400, buy a sc300 and go turbo. That way you still have the Lexus and a lil fuel savings and the chickmagnet is still in affect. My 2 cents worth right there.
