just hack the shielded wires from your old harness and extend it. that what i did and there's no codes, check engine light or loss of power.

what do you mean, like find which of the two rpm pinout from the ecu is the signal coming from the ignitor to tap from there? fred

i just tapped the two wires from the EA2 plug by the fusebox and extended it long enough to get to the bottom of the rad.

what about hardwiring the ign+ straight to the ignitor pin #1 on the small plug. i tried it out with the 1jz tach and on an aftermarket autometer tach and still no response from both of the tach. this is really frustrating me. i'm seriously all out of ideas. oh i've got an 89 n/a
