Just a couple pictures I took.

I didn't see keith or his car there, damn don't know how I missed it. His mkii is beautiful. I suck at taking pictures but we all kind of ended up in line together near the end.

    Cleaning up a bit

Got my last interior pieces, this has taken me longer than anything. For the future I'd rather by a blown engine car with a complete interior.

If you had 20 some odd grand.. mk4 or mk3? or mr2?

I'd get an FD RX-7 and keep it stock. Rest of the money dumped into the mkiii making it a project/race car.

    IFO at Steele

I think I'm going to compete just to see how I do. I believe I'm one of the mkiii owners who should be in the 12s but end up in the 14s because I can't drive.

Anyone seen a Semi-Flush headlight conversion?

If you don't like flip ups why drive a supra :< Seriously the reason I like the supras is because of their awesome 80s styling. I have nothing against peoples sleepy eyes or hid conversions.... but if you want integra lights buy an integra.

    ForcedTorque's 3E5 has Arrived!!!!!

I'm no turbo expert, I'm just sharing some information I found after researching on our mystery "hybrid upgrade." Trim is the ratio of the exducer/inducer, not a physical measurment in mm or inches. Exducer^2/inducer^2 * 100 The trim size is a relative measure. A t04r 60 trim is going to be...

    ForcedTorque's 3E5 has Arrived!!!!!

Yeah the BNR hybrid works well for me. I thought Jay's old turbo was on Vixen's car though. I looked up the specs and everything on that wheel. It's much larger than a 57 trim. I think I calculated it out to be bigger than a 60-1. Garrett T04B H-trim:inducer : 2.298 exducer:2.750 so the...

    ATTENTION ALL DRFTRS!!!!

I used to accidentally drift on rainy days when I needed new tires. I wasn't very proud of it though. At least I can control my RWD well enough to not fall off the road. Does that count?

HELP! Car running like crap after BHG fix

I live in Hoover but I commute to Gadsden fairly regularly. We have a boost leak tester around if you have an air compressor handy.

HELP! Car running like crap after BHG fix

The symptoms of keeping boost but weak power sounds like the timing is off. Possibly getting retarded by the ECU. That wouldn't explain the codes though (except knock sensor.) You could try turning the timing down some. Also the 7mgte doesn't have an IAT as far as I know. Was this an NA car? I...

    Boost leak test ???

If your filling it to the brake booster make sure the throttle plate is open or your only pressurizing the manifold. You want to pressurize the whole system. If you hear only faint hissing inflate it more than 6psi and try to hone in on it. I don't know how much valve overlap we have but losing...

Bad turbo? or good ol' rod-knock?

Water in the oil most likely hit a bearing and caused the knock. It won't fix itself, but a slight knock isn't the end of the world. Decide what to do based on your budget but you should probably just pull the motor and see what kind of condition its in. You need to fix the HG anyway, so you can...
