If you need help send me a pm with your aim or phone#...you are very confused about things and it's showing...
it works like a distributor....but instead of directly/physically adjusting timeing it adjust the computer signal...don't move it unless your timeing is off already!
You may need a valve adjustment and screwing with ignition timeing to cure a noise isn't the way to do things.
No not argueing a 1 piece won't whip more....but if either one whips your fucked....maybe less fucked with a 2 piece but fucked none the less!
And if a two piece breaks at the diff or trans and does "whip" I'm not convinced the center support bearing will hold it....once or "if" it let's go...
probably $2500 just for the labor....then $5000 in parts.....then $1500 working out the bugs...
Or you could spend $1000 on getting a mhg installed on the 7m...or install the gasket yourself and spend $250 decking and $300 on an hks stopper..
I vote for do the work yourself...if you can't...

anyone with half a brain can rebuild a transmission...drift motion sells kits for $200 ish....as far as AC, who the hell has a working ac anyway lol.....powersteering leak is basic and damn near all of us have a leak somewhere....
dont do it!
a fair trade would be a straight up trade and maybe pay him $300 for his time.
your car is targa...and in great shape....targa cars are worth $$$$$.....with $3000 you can buy your own 1j and install it in your own supra....dont do it....its not a fair trade!!!!
typical....stop being so paranoid....if you notice it only happens for a second but keep your eye on the oil pressure gauge and once the needle moves the knocking goes away.....oil just needs to make it too the rotating parts...
those cracks happen.....simply cause shit happens....motors that have never even had the head taken off before can have those cracks and we all know over torqueing isnt a problem with toyota....bhg and detonation are imo the cause of those cracks...
over torqueing will not help the cracks and...
