no it wont. boost leaks can cause a premature fuel cut however. but that is sometimes, not always. so you can have a boost leak with no other indications.

with the stock turbo and manifold youre gonna have a real fun time situating/ routing the lines off of the spin on block adapter for the remote oil filter.
studs are better but they do come with a downside, if you ever have to take the head off while the motor is in the car itll make it a real pain in the ass with the studs.
