The "flushness" of a wheel is defined by offset AND width (http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/techpage.jsp?techid=101). But wether your wheels are 7, 7.5, or 8 inch wide, a 40mm offset is weak on either of those widths and you might as well keep the sawblades.

What's it say in the manual?
Set the kg/cm^2 goal you want, set the injector duty cycle at minimum (20% I think, I'm typing all this from memory) and up the duty cycle until it looks like you're close to your boost goal. Then boost a few more times and a little asterisk should suddenly appear...
