10,000ths"= .010"....figured I'd save you some time LOL
Personally I'd take the block to the machinist and see what he says....if that's the way it is than I myself would take a die grinder to the oil hole in the block and chamfer the side to try and limit any restriction of oil flow to that...
meh it's a little big but youll be fine...you should still see a power increase over stock.....atleast if you ever upgrade your turbo you won't need pipes later on.
Rock it...sweet deal!
at 700hp you gotta expect to break things dude...and I'd hardly say they "suck", try to find a stock trans out of any 80's on up car that will hold for aslong as yours did.....I think it's a pretty damn good trans!!!
I personally would take it as a compliment!....wish I could fubar my trans...
you need to be banned from the tech sections!!!!!!!!!!
Shut the fuck up already....you post in these tech sections as if you actually think you know something.....guess what champ?, you don't have a god damn clue!!! Ma70 supras run coilover type "shocks" on a double wishbone...
untill you blow the motor..
Btw...people here don't like when someone asks questions on what they should do, then the op just ignore the advice given...when you blow your motor don't come crying to us for help as we already tried.
unless you plan on useing an old shitty tired 7mgte it will cost you about $2000 if not more for a motor as most need rebuilt...
You can get away with a w58 trans for now....it will be awhile before you see 300+hp....and no you won't need a turbo rearend as the n/a is just as tuff just...
don't know what your talking about really??...that setup is just fine for the daily use...it will be an improvement over stock for sure! Now don't expect the setup to be great for track use or drag raceing...but your golden for daily driveing.
I'd recomend the bilsteins but illuminas are fine.
at the rear of the block right above the trans/bell houseing there is a hard line (steel pipe)...a section on that pop deadends into nothing on the passenger side of the block near the fire wall....this pipe is capped off with a gay rubber boot....it's known to leak...
Also check your hoses...
there is no good from removeing an agr at all...put it back on (unless you run a jdm ecu or standalone)
Your bov blows already metered air out so the motor will never see it, this makes you run pig rich for a second....can also make you stall out when you push the clutch in.
So far it...
98% of body shops today will not touch rust....instead of telling you "no we won't touch your cars rust" they are feeding you a bowl of shit...good luck but removeing rust is a project that shops won't do because rust is cancer and they can't guarentee the work.
Keep hunting for shops and...
tealsupra....again, "little less fail and alot more win" please...
If you spent a little more time searching in the manual you wouldn't have posted this question.....
