if you drill out the cap over the internal screw you can back it out some. the more you back it out, the more lean the a/f and the higher the fuel cut. i would not advise this without the proper metering equipment. and it does sound like you have a boost leak as others have said.

thats an ignition code. reset the code by pulling the efi fuse in the fuse box under the hood. pull for ~30 seconds and replace. see if the code comes back. usually that code wont happen while driving. its when you try to start it w/o an ignition signal. aside from the code, it sounds...

one of the hoses leaking oil- that sounds like the pcv hose. if so, it might have some blowby issues. i would do a leakdown and compression test before buying. the noise you describe could be anything from exhaust rattle to loose manifold bolts.
