well there is a catch can from the valve covers then to the TB... but why would that contribute to a vibration at 35mph? that just makes no sense.... am i missing something?

I did pass but the HC was 123/68 @ 15mph/25mph. Actually all my 15mph readings are high but the 25 mph are well within ranges. Thanks again.

A GREAT THANK YOU to one and all. It turned out that my son had disconnected the O2 sensor and I had to blow out the EGR modulator and I can now drive as a "nonpolluter". Many thanks to all who posted suggestions and additional information. With an ohmeter, paper clip and my vac guage I can get...

I had similar idle issues and found that the TPS was mounted wrong. If you read the TSRM page it explains how to check the TPS and all you need is a ohm meter and two shims, 0.4mm and >0.5mm. Pain to get the shim in place. But at least this can be done without the engine on.
