    Take it back to the shop that did it and tell them to do it right this time. If you have that much oil loss looks like part of it is leaking, valve covers, and part of it you're burning, stem seals. They can be replaced with the head on, just so much easier to do it with the head off.

    If it comes on and stays on then you have a code. The delay dosen't mean anything I don't believe.

    Also wouldn't hurt to do what CRE suggested, check for codes. Easy to do and might point to another problem that would help in passing.

    The vibration could be several things, have to tear it down and find out. Could be a spun rod bearing, too much play in the bearings, rubber torn in the crank pulley, loose pulley, and a few others. HG cause of it, don't think so. Don't drive it with the HG bad, you'll just cause more damage...

    ECU grounds, AFM plug, header bolts along with a few other nuts and bolts.

    This new motor you are talking about, is it a JDM? If so they should be tore down, checked, HG done, new water pump, oil pump, etc. You would be better off rebuilding the original if possible.

    Did you connect the ECU ground wires to the starter? They are suppose to be connected to the 2nd intake up underneath, has 3 wires and gets connected with a bolt into a hole that looks like it has no purpose:)
