You cant get a precise reading from the stock oil pressure gauge... if they have an aftermarket gauge then i'd believe it.
But still... its a bunch of gears turning... its not like it has some crazy bearings on the shaft with a seal around something... the oil pump is a pretty simple device...
Go and do some math on the a downpipe + elbow combo... and then just go look for the BIC replica downpipe on ebay... it comes out to like 30-50cheaper... and 935motorsports even sells them now, and they have it for a good price.
By going with the full elbow eliminating downpipe, you get...
You dont HAVE to get a new one... if your clearances are fine, and nothing is wrong with it, then just shim the one you have. i was told 5-8mm of washers is good.

A clutch holds torque not HP... so how much torque are you going to be pushing?
And just off the top of my head i would suggest the new spec twin disc setup, expensive, but very well worth it in the long run for the kind of your driving. haha
I bought it less than 24hours after i saw it on craigslist!
and the burgandy is starting to grow on me... i found a set of tenzo rims that i think would match nicely... but rims are a long way away...
