Why does HPF sell a "high flow" one then? And has anybody compared the flow of a turbo to ones of these so called high flow pumps?

Try heating it up with a torch, and if that doesnt work, just cut it... its only a bolt and nut, which is about as easy as it gets to replace.

You cant get a precise reading from the stock oil pressure gauge... if they have an aftermarket gauge then i'd believe it. But still... its a bunch of gears turning... its not like it has some crazy bearings on the shaft with a seal around something... the oil pump is a pretty simple device...

Go and do some math on the a downpipe + elbow combo... and then just go look for the BIC replica downpipe on ebay... it comes out to like 30-50cheaper... and 935motorsports even sells them now, and they have it for a good price. By going with the full elbow eliminating downpipe, you get...

You dont HAVE to get a new one... if your clearances are fine, and nothing is wrong with it, then just shim the one you have. i was told 5-8mm of washers is good.

Got my clutch. And you cant tell the difference between the dxd one and the OEM one, but the dxd one has "beefier" stuff "guts" underneath...

If your running super rich like it sounds like you are you need to lean it out, you might we pouring too much gas and washing the cylinder walls which is bad. Do you know what your afr is at???? And is this cold or when fully warmed up?

Bleed the clutch some more? That would be my first bet... Check for leaks too i guess? and if the old cylinder was bad, then you might have to adjust your clutch pedal due to the new cylinder...

what pressure plate do you have? 3200?

Offer 4,000... i dont see why you would honestly pay anymore... maybe 5,000 for a modded one, but... thats like all stock.

A clutch holds torque not HP... so how much torque are you going to be pushing? And just off the top of my head i would suggest the new spec twin disc setup, expensive, but very well worth it in the long run for the kind of your driving. haha

I bought it less than 24hours after i saw it on craigslist! and the burgandy is starting to grow on me... i found a set of tenzo rims that i think would match nicely... but rims are a long way away...

does anybody know of a good shop in northern CA? or even East Bay? Somebody has to have a damn torque plate for the 7m in Ca.....
