what i was thinking exactly. It makes since if your na-t on a 7mge but why would they change the oil return on a 7mgte?

i thought oil was blue and coolant was white? why would the crankcase being overfilled have anything to do with the white smoke? just curious

Im thinking of rebuilding the 7m since mines blew instead of swapping in a jz motor. This way i can have less downtime from my car. Swap in another 7m for now and get this block rebuild for insurance. Im looking at purchasing the bottom end kit from suprastore.com Here is the link...

get a properly constructed roll cage, you can kiss the taking off the targa top goodbye cause the bolts to undo the targa will be blocked by the piping from the roll cage.

The truth, a targa top on is still not as stiff as a hardtop. Having driven both its just not the same. Close but not the same. And yes the targa is heavier than a hardtop by a few hundred lbs. 200 or so rite? But i cant lie, i love it when the targa is off. If your building a race car, stick...
