no ive driven a few 6 pucks, this one dosnt like to be slipped. as i said, i have almost no chatter with this clutch which is great. it just dosnt like to be slipped.

anyone have the southbend 6 puck? ive got it and you cant slip it for any amount of time which makes reversing a pain. when you slip it too much it over heats or something and you can feel and hear a terrible vibration in the pedal. other than that, it drives well with minimal chatter.

make sure you dont lay the head down flat on the sealing surface, youll end up with a bent valve or two.

ive done it before, you just need enough upper body strength. be extremely careful not to scratch the sealing surfaces, it is very easy to do when pulling it off by hand.

i dunno what tangent this thread is on, but the fuel filter on ALL MKIIIs is infront of the tank ABOVE the differential...
