I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong) all true JDM production cars are speed limited to 115mph. I know this is at least true for the MZ12 Soarer, and have heard it's true for most other cars there. Sort of like the 280hp limit they had awhile back. This is why I see having a JDM ECU kind...
