yup i raced one a while back, S2000 are slow. When i first beat one i was all happy, then i found out what they run in the 1/4 and bro there slow. Same as rx8's to me. Good kill. Its fun when you beat up on cars that are worth at least 10,000 more than yours and there just left wondering wtf...

no it wont just at idle since the car will never be fully warmed up. It wont be warmed up at idle, highway, w/e it will still be too low. As far as using the 180 ova stock 195, i cant tell you exactly if its good or not. More knowledgeable members can chime in.

dont use the thermostat. The car will never reach proper operating temps. that thermostat is actually too cool. The ecu still see the car as being too cold and will try and respond by dumping more fuel, higher idle, etc to warm the car up.

I beat up on gte all the dam when i still had my old ge. Granted i had rebuilt motor, higher compression, cams, ported polish head, header, and a bunch of other go fast parts, and that was only gte with stock ct26. Anything after that its no competition, they just walk away. Who knows maybe...

read the post bro. he let up at top. Actually he pressed the brakes. It was bracket racing so he had to slow the car down or else he wouldve ran to fast for his dial in time. Thats why the mph is low for a 12 second pass.
