If tuned properly I see no reasons for these not to perform. Any piston tuned improperly, or assembled wrong will have issues. My Wiseco's are coated on the sides out of the factory. My JE's served me with no issues either. I donn't see the point in saying that if they were JE's or what ever...

People have gone to 700rwhp on stock rods. Safety insurance is in Eagle rods or better. It's ultimately in the tune.

Make sure that alarm has a sensor for reach ins and tune it so that if anyone gets up near the window, and stands there the alarm goes off. Deters people from getting tooooo close

Jdub they don't hold up to claimed burst rates. They may filter well but hell in cold weather they may fail if you get a spike in oil pressure on cold starts. K&N has a nice sturdy metal lip around the rubber seal and also does not burst under pressure. If they claim 300psi burst rate they...
