the second one was for the stock bov i believe, you should block that off if its hissing, thats quite a vacuum leak

if your an 87 model its the little yellow connector near the fusebox, 6 wires iirc

on my car it turned out to be the O2 sensor is bad, without it plugged in the car drove just fine. i didnt throw a code for it tho, so i didnt think it was out

the cut wires look like the ignitor and ea2 wires other than that its lookin good man
