Ok. So, what would you guys do? What they've offered was to give me the four boogered up wheels for free and they guarantee that they will get the next set mounted without damaging them. My other option is to go with a different wheel. I found out that the ones I have are a Two-Piece setup...

They've treated me just fine, they just can't seem to get the wheel mounted...? The Volks are nice; but, pricey... The others do look like a maintenance nightmare! The wheels are still on my car. Tomorrow after work I'm going to head down there and pick out a new set so they can get them...

I watched them mount them onto their press. They tried not to dent the lips by padding the clamps with rags. I'm not a tire mounting guy; but, it looked to me like they took every care they could have taken. As soon as they tried to press the tire on, you could see the lip cave a little...

So, I just got back from Discount Tire to have my two rear replacements put on. They boogered up the first two rears when they mounted up the tire... I thought no biggie, just get me a couple new ones and we'll go from there. They did, and again they boogered up the lips... Argh... So, then...

^I think I understand what you're saying; but, the pressures don't "meet". There's high and low pressure and the "flow" is from high to low. So, given your idea, placing the BOV close to where this transition happens would be ideal. However, the BOV is there to create the lowest pressure...
