sounds to me like you have a stock open injector but if it keeps happening maybe you have a bad fuel sensor... Dont let your motor hydrolock that is bad news bears...
Well another little update, the car now starts with out a wire coming off the starter to the battery yay… come to find out all of my friends wiring was correct its just that the previous owner of the car or maybe somebody before who owned the car cut the ignition harness and did a shitty...

Thanks Mike :) I am hopping to have my car finished by Vegas but its going to be close I still need to have intercooler piping made and my exhaust extended along with wiring up my fuse box and getting an igniter which hopefully will show up before the week is out.

I'm bumping this thread because not only does it have some good information for people doing there 1jz swaps but I have a question I didn’t see an answer for.
Could you use the 7m connector from the 7m harness and splice it into the jza70 harness for it to work with the fuse box because...

What do the flying leads do? But I am more at ease to know that I don’t half to use those wires in order to run the car.
