well, i didn't leave the neighborhood. i stayed in first, second gear. it's his first time riding too, he had a dirt bike before but he couldn't drive it very well.
i did better than him, he was so nervous, kept stalling trying to get going. he's too scared to shift into second, lol
i have never driven a motorcycle before, and i had a blast. i didn't stall it too going from a stop. shifting is very easy. when it came time for me to turn though i got a little scared. like i said, my first time. so i just kept going straight and i finally got the nerve to turn around in a...
i think i melted a piston.
whe i tried to start the engine, i noticed my fuel pressure was dropping low then spiking up to 40 then getting low again. i tried to stabilize the rpms, when the wideband finally displaye the AFR, it showed between 13 and 16. well, i took a gas can and put 5...
here's a diagram
the one that feeds +B also goes to the filter which also goes to each coil. then the white wire you speak of goes to the other end of the filter, does it matter which way it's hooked up? i have 2 of them, so if i damage one, no big deal
i don't want to hog up his thread with my issues...
check out my thread, i'll post a pic there and see if i cn get on the right track.

i have a question about the filter for the igniter.
my engine didn't come with one, so i had to wire it up myself, they cut the harness to it. i used my filter from the 7MGTE, i don't know if i wired it backwards or didn't wire it up to the right wires. i think i have a BO wire to one side...
thanks man, the muffler is great sounds good. i can't gett the silencer out, i can't find the tool you used when you had it.
it's starting to build boost now, tuning is taking forever, for some reason, it get's very rich when i build any boost. i don't know what's going on.
haha, that's funny
hey, i am not able to change the title anymore. eversince i got more than 1 page. i was going to change the date to expect the POWER, lol
alright, so 4 months from now i'll have 600, lol
i'm deploying at the end of the month so i don't have time to do anything, money wise.
i think i have a problem with power getting to the ECU. it seems like it's not getting enough voltage and is causeing the engine to break up a lot, not...
yesterday after looking at it more, it was actually maybe half a tooth off. for some reason when i looked at it, it seemed to be a couple off.
it's revving almost normal right now. idle is pretty good. it needs one hell of a tune. AFR's are all over the place.
i just got the exhaust done...
well
i decided to get a universal O2 sensor since the analog output of my widebqnd was intended for data logging.
i rechecked all the wiring for the E10 side of the ECU. i added the speed sensor input to it, just to see if it did anything.
i put the Greddy BCC BEFORE the AFC instead of...
can a bad ground cause it to break up like this? i noticed when i rev it it breaks up a lot. sometimes my AFC will flicker with the breaking up. i have the battery in the back with it grounded to a support where the hinge is for the cardboard cover over the tire. i'm thinkin i'm not getting a...
yeah, the Powerdex AFX. i bought another universal O2 sensor and it raised my limit to 2.5K from 2k last time. and i can finally control the AFR a little. i can lean it out now, but still can't get full control over it.
