I'm using an 89+ turbo manual harness in my 88. All of the body plugs work except for one it seems.

And if he's serious about the swap, he'd refresh the internals with new rings, bearings, seals, etc :P

Did you try flipping the lower plate around the other way? You should be able to get the brackets and plate on no problem.

I've driven a Supra with a SOGI modded shifter and it wasn't that bad. Mind you it was only for a couple of miles, but still. The only complaint I had about that particular shifter was that it was hard to hit shifts if you don't have your hand on the shifter the entire time. I'd personally get...

If you want a PS pressure hose, get the braided SS one that Driftmotion offers. A friend of mine (Plaaya69 on here) has it on his car and it does a very good job. Plus, you can route it how you want

Ian, if I made add to this... When you pull the injector clip, the injector is getting no voltage, therefore is not being told to open. If the injector doesn't open, no fuel is being sprayed into the cylinder. No fuel means no combustion in that cylinder, meaning much less load on that...
