3 out of 4 aint bad... Installed wiper arms, connected reverse light, and installed the heater hose. Also filled and bled the brake system. Then took the car for its very first drive. Just to the top of my street and back. She did just fine, no issues. At first, the idle was unstable and it...

LOL. I'm an idiot. Now I see the huge TRD logo on the side. Funny thing is- I have one too.

Got the new deck in, seems to work well. It also got rid of all the buzz and noise of the old unit.

Swapping oem radio for another oem...what are the possibilities?

Got it in today. I think it looks pretty good, and the feedback/ buzz/ hiss is gone now. Question to Silver Mk3: There is a third plug socket on the back of the unit, is this what you plugged your aux adapted into?

    Mountain build!

A good looking car. Ask92 makes a good point about the heft of these cars. If I might make a suggestion: perhaps drop the 7M, and go with a 1UZFE. Now I'm a diehard 7M guy, but for you power goals and planned car mission, I really think a 1UZ would make a lot of sense: You get extra down-low...

Finally received the coolant hose I needed. I prolly won't be able to get to it till Sunday or Monday. Also, I received my replacement deck for the car; Not stock, but looks stock and adds cd function. Got the new Toyo's put on the old wheels, they look good enough for me. Here's a before...

Blue Monster has just been returned from the machine shop, and I have some questions.

I thought that they all had a flouroelastomer. I've had cometic, hks and Titan hg's, and they all had it.

Project: Git'R driving...a VERY short build

Okay...Replacing springs on the rear of a TEMS car SUCKS. I had to half-remove the rear seat side panel, as well as the rear hatch plastic, just to get the TEMS cover off! So now I'm halfway done with ONE side of the rear... Then, when I got the old spring off, I found that the oem bumpstop...

    1987 7M-GE Rebuild

On a related note, I have a brand new Aisin pump still in its Toyota box, if you're really looking for one.

    1987 7M-GE Rebuild

I guarantee you that Evergreen just buys Aisin pumps, and stamps them. I bought an oil pump of Rock auto, and the 'Aisin' stamp was ground off it.

Project: Git'R driving...a VERY short build

Thanks, RHD. Since I have to wait for the hose till tomorrow, I put out a few small fires today. #1: Trim on this car was an issue when I got it. Namely, the smaller strip on the trim was shrunken in places, and peeling off the main trim. So I started working on that today. Nasty trim tape...

My journey with my '91 Sunroof.

On that video of you racing the Lambo, I never heard your turbo at all. Admittedly, your exhaust is loud, but what boost are you running at?

Project: Git'R driving...a VERY short build

Thanks. I installed my CSF radiator, oem shroud and fans yesterday, but when I filled it with water to test for leaks, it started pouring out of the heater core-to-coolant pipe area, at the rear, under the egr. Ironically, I bought an entire silicone hose kit, mainly because this particular hose...
