Honestly even if you do remove the parts that you can its not really going to make a difference when it comes to how clean the wiring is in the engine bay. Organizing them or even re-routing them would give you a better result without possibly biting you in the ass.

I'd take out the fog lights and put the tranny cooler in one of those. Also I'd get a coolant system flush kit, the bottle of the additive is like 6-8 bucks, it will get out any bottlenecks caused by the crap that may have built up. Also I run redline water wetter, helps the fluid do its job...
