Can you just take off the trim piece on the center section of the 3 piece tails and swap it with the center section off the pre-89 center piece ? I was thinking about doing this.

Lets say you have a 1990 Supra chassis that your going to paint, and when your done either put a 7MGTE or a 1JZ-GTE ( Front Clip ), into, then re-sell it. Which one would bring you in more money? The work not being much of any issue to you considered.
