Basically for hobbyist plates you only need to go to emissions the FIRST time only. There is no stickers ect hobbyist plates. If you want to register and don't want to go to emissions just register it out of the 2 counties that require emissions. If you have any friends out of those 2 counties...

Turbo A's did not come with rear side markers ... but remember the grass is greener on the other side! People in Japan have write ups on how to convert to USDM rear side markers ect. Also they like USDM pre-89 mirrors lol.
