hey got it all apart and looked at.. i think the problem was the bell housing kinda can twist a little bit to the right or left with out the arm moving, i think i had it twisted to where the arm was at a wierd angle and wouldnt push in just the right way to open the gate. i played around with it...

ok, i know the flapper was moving fine right before i put the turbo on... if the flapper does seem to be moving freely what would be the problem then? the bell house? because before i fixed the gasket the turbo would hold at the 13psi. so the waste gate was opening, unless it was really seeing...

im dreading taking that turbo back off, its a pain in the butt. anyother way i can check to make sure the waste gate isn't stuck or needs adjusted?

its almost like the waste gate is stuck shut maybe? what would cause that. i had to un-bolt the waste gate from the front of the turbo to work in the are as the bell was in the way.. when i went to put it back on is when i noticed it was very hard to pull far enough to get it bolted back in...

its a ct26- 60-1 upgrade... could be a different waste gate though.. its alot stiffer than i remember my stock turbos to be.. and this wasnt my stock turbo that was upgraded, it was a different ct26 in better shape and modified. the funny thing is, with the gasket leaking apparently i had the...

oh, just incase the boost controller was the problem i eliminated the controller, i just put a short tube from the turbo to waste gate so it would hopefully run as low as it could, but its still like 15-16.

ok so i im pretty sure it was just some soot/condensation coming out of the exhaust.. but i gues my real problem is what do i do about the waste gate being set at that high of a psi range? i cant run my car properly cause my fuel cut is at 13-14.. anything i can do?? that and my car has a small...

so i replaced the manifold gasket the old one was leaking alot. so had the turbo and everything off.. fianly got it all put back on with the new gasket...i still have my boost controller set to where it use to be and i was hitting right around 13psi.... now my car is trying to boost like crazy...

i thought 10's and 9's were on the leaner side?

ok i replace a wire i thought was bad with a different wire i happened to have laying around.. problem solved :D

so i replaced my spark plugs, the wires are the same as i had on it... started the car and it was idling rough. went to the front of the car and you can hear the spark plugs making a wierd noise like there shocking somthing, it was darker out side and i could see some zapping going on right...
