Hve you checked the vacuum line that goes to it? You might also want to check the pipe of the egr that hooks up to the intake. Good luck

He is correct first pic is the turbo water line and it just to the right of the cps on the water housing. The second one goes under the intake manifild were the lower and upper intake manifold bolt up. It wraps around to the front behind the alternator.

I love mine too. I installed them along with new Illuminas II = SICK......
