not much done today. It was mom's birthday so I wasnt at home much. I did however drill out the rivets that hold on the baffles on the underside of the valve covers. It was recommended by the powder coater but I knew I had to get under there somehow. I wish I would have taken them of B4 PC...
Actually I meant what my oil pressure w/o squirters vs with and with the 5mm shim in the pump. I realize this mod is more for flow and not pressure increase.
Be sure to post info on the illumination during the day. Do you have a targa? I would like to have more info on any illumination issues in sunshine with the top out.

agreed. Well I did drill it out,but if you go up several posts in the pics of the parts I recieved from Driftmotion you will see that I got an AFR will all the lines needed to bypass that Jtube all together. His kit even comes with a new block off plate. Mine is already on though and sealed...

oh yeah and be sure you have the pipe installed the right way too. I didnt realize it will go on either way. But the oil pan wont go on with it wrong.:naughty:
ok pics added. Today I worked on getting that head back on and its done. However I have found new info on the number of torque sequences that is recommended by ARP BUT!! Is not included in the instructions. Im trying to find out if I should go back and retorque these or not. Read here...
Ok that kinda ticks me off. Why does the instructions that come with the studs like Jdub posted not say anything about 5 cycles? I used three. Since I have already reached my final torque, does that mean that redoing them with 5 cycles would be a waste of time? No the motor hasnt been heat...
