interesting. so does anyone in this thread that have these gauges have different illumination from daytime to night? Maybe some else can help you out here
from what I have read thus far, our oil pans will hold 6 quarts w/o causing problems with the crank. Maybe some of the experts should chime in on this though.
great pics. Thanks for the help. Well it looks like they are pretty hard to see during day light. That is my main concern. Is it a big deal Knife? I mean are the pics portraying the real deal? Also if they are suppose to be white during the day, that could make a big difference.
I dont think its a waste of money at all as they are more balanced now. As you said better safe then sorry. That was the same with my RC's but I had to know what they were flowing like.
Just put 6 quarts in it at your next oil change and then see where it is on your dipstick. Mark that spot and you will know where you need to be everytime you check it.
I think he is saying you need a crank balancer puller not a crank puller. Or a steering wheel removal tool works too. That what I use and got it at Harbour Freight for cheap. And I own it.

maybe so but that brass store fitting cost like $4 where that Earls is going to run you about $20. One is not that bad but where im redoing my oil cooler setup I need like 7 90 degree fittings and im not spending $140 + on fittings. Of course we all know Jay has all the money!:biglaugh:
