i don't think its really important because your 2j is in a mk3 and that only applies if its still in the mk4 or sc chasis i think... only thoses chasis have a sperate fuel control system so you should be ok without it...
anyways i have a nitrous express kit and i like it... there are other kits like NOS which is what my brother has that is good too... if your looking for a kit with a good bottle warmer i would stay away from zex... i heard their bottle warmer sucks!
from my understanding the bigger turbo would be something like a 70mm and up for that top end and the smaller turbo would be something quick spooling like a 57 or 61mm turbo to get that monterous turbo going... if i had a couple thousand bucks laying around i would go with a either a 76 or 78mm...

i'm a big fan of theirs! but i think they've had this turbo kit out for a while...
i don't know how quick its gonna be but i'm sure it will be close to the stock twins, if you are not looking for any more power and the same spool as the twins then why not just get them rebuilt?
my pt70 on my 1jz is pretty laggy... on a 2j it won't be as laggy but i would go with something else like a 66mm or 63mm, even a 61mm can make that kinda power also...
