agreed. You might be better off to drill another hole close to the cover and use a hole grommet so there is no danger of those sheaths on the wires rubbing through.
I had a white 89 and a navy 87 NA. Had the wife and kids with me. The wife drove the white and I drove the 87.
Update. Once again I speak before I have all the info in hand. Apologies to the Prosport guys for my ignorance. I obvioulsy on previous test have not done an adequate job of...
well I could be wrong as well. Or I mean the dyno boost reading could be. I payed more attention to my stock guage yesterday, since I havent even looked at it since I got my prosports. Its reading max boost at 6 psi as well. Same as the prosport. Of course they could both be wrong too. I...
Agreed. I havent gone electronic on the boost controller yet. Im all stock right now. I would try to compare with my stock but the reaction time is so slow on the stock guage that its hard to do. I tried full boost last night and the prosport read 6psi which I know is not right. I have a ct...
yeah the oil pressure comes from how close your tolerances are. The tighter you build that beast the better your pressure. I built mine tight for that reason and to hopefully last longer over time from normal wear. And of course like Cryo stated, if your pump is in spec. I would definitely...
im happy with the guages as long as they're accurate. But how can I be sure when its the only guages I've had hooked up. I know my boost gauge has never registered 10psi and thats what the dyno read me at. Im just wondering if prosport will do something about it. Im pretty sure the guage is...
Thanks for the ideas guys. Would ujoints make that noise all the time or just starting off like mine. I would think u-joints would make noise all the time.
Yeah I couldnt wait on the WB. I bought an innovate. Hate to sink that much money on one but I like the idea of surface mount with the guage.
Also I think my boost gauge my be inaccurate. When I dynoed in November my numbers showed max boost at 10PSI and my guage has never registered...
can anyone tell me what that damn clicking or ticking noise is coming from the rear end of my car everytime I take off. Its in my dyno video here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ygG42GNfcQ between 2 and 5 seconds at the beginning of the video. I figured it was something with my rear brakes...
