The downside, of course, is that all you hold is a license. If they want to change the terms, go out of business, get hacked and puke up all your personal information, or decide they just don't like you anymore then you have very little recourse. At least with a disc, you can play it offline...
I think you a re referring to the problem where the inner tire is airborne, then you have a problem because the TBR is usually only around 3 or so, and 3 x ~0 = ~0....

My experience has been that the stock OilP gauge cannot be removed in one piece. That's not to say it is impossible to do, just fiddly and time consuming.
The OilP gauge is nasty. It will fall apart once you remove the screws. I suggest you take lots of pictures as you go along. The other gauges come out in one piece and are easy.
VS Express is free, cannot get much cheaper than that. AVR bundles VS with their gnu compiler, and I always enjoy using it now. It's the open source stuff these days that's bloated.
Rev limit is 6500 with 7M crank, 6750 with 6M crank. Your tach is not that accurate, especially when it is accelerating which likely explains your observation. ECU computes rpm from the CPS NE signal, which will not be affected by any piggyback.
Normally with NOx that high I would say your EGR is plugged or broken, but in this case you are running a little lean 15.3:1 at 15mph and 15.1:1 at 25mph, which is going to also raise NOx. A bit of a puzzle. Start by confirming the EGR is working properly. Your old numbers were also lean...
Any teflon insulated wire is fine in fuel, but too expensive for most OEM use. Most manufacturers use a cheaper wire designed for the task, such as cross-linked PE (e.g. Sumitomo IRRAX).
