The GT500's will do high 11's/low 12's in the 1/4 mile with great tires and some bolt ons. I had no idea it was supercharged until my friend told me what it was.
For a good FFIM, expect to pay more. If you haven't found a shop that will make one for you, try Ron R., or Sound Performance. I don't know of anymore off hand.
Are you just wanting it to look better under the hood? If so just have your stock intake manifold polished.

You should post those injector part numbers, that would help us out a lot. You said big single @ 23 PSI with 470whp I almost fell out of my chair. I guess "Big" is relative.

HKS old style cam gears? The ones that magically get smaller over time?
Who uses red paint to indicate the intake cam? I got some Crowers that were yellow and blue. JUN doesn't use colors.

Maybe one of your coolant lines isn't sealing with the pressure when warm, or one of those lines is about to rip itself a new one.
My lower rad hose leaked a bit when warm, I readjusted the clamp (stock) and the problem went away.
