Actually... if your engine misfires its normal for a wideband to report leaner AFR because you will have both unburnt fuel & air. The lambda sensor will detect the excess oxygen and report a leaner mixture.

The FP line goes straight to the fuel pump, no relays involved. With 12A of current draw it is unlikely to be anything but the pump.

I would say you are using the meter correctly based on what you describe and 12A for a stalled pump is reasonable. The pump is likely frozen. Happened to me after 4 months of sitting. You could try hooking up a battery charger to raise the voltage a little more and see if you can break it...

You would think, but not what I have observed. I have seen the exact same symptoms before, quiet cold, noisy hot, and the cause was always a clogged screen. The system flow rate is presumably higher with less viscous (hot) fluid, so that might play a role. Is your reservoir and line to the pump...

Code 52 is only to indicate a fault with the knock sensor system. Detonation will not set it. If you have code 31, your engine is running without the AFM and will be in limp mode and cannot exceed 3000 rpm. Are you sure you have that code as well?

This is a common symptom of a clogged screen in the reservoir but you say you cleaned it. Have you verified good flow under gravity from reservoir to pump?

And the rear ABS sensor is in the tail of the tranny and uses the same wiring harness, hmmm, worth inspecting I would say.

I have used them. Have them on my car now. Slotted disks can be a little noisy under hard braking.
