:biglaugh: No, this isn't a swan song, I'm not leaving the forum for good. I start my long path tomorrow morning, at 5:00am, heading back into the Army. I'm freakin stoked!!! Have a good one & I'll pop back in when I can...
Oh yeah, I love Kwnate.
Ummmm, maybe not. I'm no baller.... :biglaugh:
Looks great, I see a photo shoot coming soon for newly swapped singled 1JZ MKIII's since we now live so close....:icon_bigg
New report:
Aaron & I spoke today & worked out the remainder of the details. He will have the car painted due to the body damage suffered during the transportation along with wrapping up the small details & install the single set up I'm getting from MDC. After over a year of being off the...
I'm not deploying until next fall. I have a lot of courses to attend. I'll be in Wite Sands Missile Range for school for All of January & part of February. I return to Ft Benning on 09 Feb.

EDIT: picture removed because I was stooooopid
Progress report: Aaron & Jose have assumed control of the remainder of the swap. I ran out of time, so I turned it over to them.

two bad pictures here

I hate when someone searches through the sales section & digs up a post that's over a year old. More than likely the item has been sold & put on a car that had been wrecked, parted & crushed long before the grave digging dickhead ever bought his MKIII. Pricks!
Had I not takenmine apart again, I wouldn't have caught the damage to the clutch & I would have ruined my brand new lightened flywheel too. I'm not trying to scare you into pulling it apart, just relaying my experience...
I wish I would have taken the same route. I've thought about shipping my car to California & have Jose & Aaron go thru it.
As for five angle, you're not going to see much benefit from it unless you're flowing major amounts of air. Stick with a 3 angle, IMO.
