    Headlight help

Yea I went throughly through the system when mine were not working, then again because I replaced mine and it did not fix it seems I had two bad units. Third one was the charm and everything worked. What you want to check op is the power and ground to the lights, if they are not getting power...

    Headlight help

Actually it runs the relays the supply power to the fuses that give power to the lights. To be more specific it supplies the ground trigger that activates the relay so it can pass power to the lights.

    Headlight help

Got my money on the headlight retractor/retainer module - intergration relay as toyota calls it, blue box under the dash. Mine was doing the same thing until I replaced that.

    2010 Southeast Supra Fall Meet

Well despite my best efforts my car is not going to make it so we will be there in my wifes supra. Because of the smoke issue she will probably not be racing, nor will I be able to unless they dont care about a whole lot of smoke from a car racing on their track. Also I just wanted to see if...

    Window trim refurbishing

I cut mine off with a razor, gonna go back and make a cf wrap for it. That will fill in the gap and protect the part, I have an extra from my parts car that will be the mold then I will use some kind of adhesive to attach the pieces. I don't know if I will try double sided adhesive like trim...

Led turn signals I am making different setups tell me what you think.

I finished the pcb layout for the sequencers here is what it has come out to be if anyone is interested. Edit:I just realized that for the on and hold setup all I will have to do is add some diodes to allow the current to back flow to the other transistors allowing the lights to come on and...

    Brake pad shims

I never use shims on my cars, I just throw them away, they always come loose and touch the rotor or come off completely. I have never had noise problems except my supra that makes a lot of noise when their cold, but thats probably because the pads, IIRC they are carbon kevlar or some other high...

So.. what would you do (about to have 3 Supras... sigh..)

Haha here is what I did, problem is you cant really see the fourth supra in the shop. The red two are mine and the one in the shop is my wifes and the blue one is a parts car/turbo motor donor. I highly recommend not doing this unless you have a lot of money and a lot of free time.

Led turn signals I am making different setups tell me what you think.

My sequential setup is going to be two types with two setups so four versions. The two types are track light and on and hold. To imagine track light when the turn signal is on the inner most bulbs will light up then those go out as the next set comes on and so forth (like the night rider car...

have anybody had problems with suprasport.com

I have had to wait for some time getting stuff but Jack has always come through. The only problem is if something is on back order he is not good about letting you know so you just have to wait till it comes in. I ordered some springs that were on back order and after 3 weeks I found out they...

Wow man that thing is bad ass. You guys just have it wrong he added all the styrofoam body parts because its actually a boat, how cool is that. Seriously though I hate seeing supras get into wrecks but I would love to see this thing take a long drive off a short cliff.

Led turn signals I am making different setups tell me what you think.

Yea Ill get a pic when I get home have a stock cover for a 87 at the house. They look different depending on how you set them in there, ie you can set them close to see each light or set them far from the cover so get more of a diffused look. Ill get pics of both to give an example.

Led turn signals I am making different setups tell me what you think.

Well I figure I would revisit this thread and give an update, I finally got the sequencers to work. I don't have them in a light yet but the prototype is done. I also found a more affordable place to make all my pc boards and there silk screen and solder masked. My board schematics have to be...

Turbo boost gauge on na cluster, how to make it work.

^ Yes volt meter will still work, but you will have to do the tach rewire in order to make the tach work, and your speedo will most likely be off. Mine reads 80 at 60. I figure most people go after market I figured some people may want to go to the stock gauge instead of the volt meter. Or at...

    2010 Southeast Supra Fall Meet

Got the valve seals in my wifes car done and its a lot better, but still has some issues, I drove it 50 miles so I am not worried about it making it to the meet, but the smoke is still pretty bad at some points so I don't think its going to be racing. As for mine time is drawing near and there...

    New prob wih dash

^ This will not work with another battery the ground and power have to be hooked up to the car to complete the circuit, so you have to hook the positive to the starter large terminal and the ground to the motor or starter and you will need at least jumper cable sized wires then you can run the...
