The 7m doesn't have a very high pressure oil system. 20-30 psi is probably about right for normal driving. Look in the owners manual or the online TSRM for the exact measures.

Wow, that's a lot of MK3's for a Nissan event. I doubt we could get that many MK3's to show up at a Toyota event here, let alone a Nissan one.
