No. Fix it right. It seems like you have a potential wiring problem between the ECU HT pin and the black heater wire that reads 0V when the the sensor is unplugged. First step would be to measure continuity from the HT connector pin at the ECU and the corresponding pin on the O2 sensor.
LOL. Soo, as far as I can tell your diagnosis involves plugging and unplugging sensors. Don't suppose you ever did the Vf measurements asked for in post #22. Have you by any chance measured the A/F either with a wideband or emission analyzer? I am reminded of the joke where the guy is...
None of those codes cause fuel cut. If it is truly hitting fuel cut at 3000rpm, then he should be seeing a code 31 for a bad AFM. I'd recheck the codes to make sure.
TPS won't cause this, nor codes 22 and 43. With those codes this car must be a pain to start when cold though. Code 52 won't...
