If its not the AM2 fusible link, then check that you have power to the junction box by honking the horn, checking the dome light works, or turning on the headlights. Better, yet, do that first then check AM2.
If you really don't have power at the EFI fuse which also powers BATT (and B+ through the EFI main relay) then you need to work backwards, and there isn't that much backwards to look at.
Check to see if you have blown fusible link AM2. This also powers the ignition circuit. Failing that all...
It has been demonstrated many times that 440s and a Lex AFM will work without any leanness issues. The ECU has enough fuel trim to handle it. The only tangible risk is that at high boost you will max out the injectors before fuel cut, but that is debatable too. I don't advocate this setup, but...
Compression test won't tell you anything about the oil control rings. Neither will a leak down. Why the turbo? And what does the injector size have to do with anything? This is quite a thread indeed!
Current flows in a loop and can be broken at any point. There's lots of common power feeds on this car. You need a meter and a plan to solve your problem. Do you have either? Posts 5 and 6 should be your starting point.

Most probable cause, esp given its just been rebuilt, is the timing is off.
You need to first validate that the timing pulley has not slipped. That is done with a chop stick in the sparkplug of cylinder 1 or equivalent. Then check the cam pulley alignment is correct using the marks on the...
Assuming the oil consumption is high, and this is defined as qts/mile oil consumed (not colors of smoke and other vague attributes), then there are a number of potential culprits as outlined in the TSRM here. You cannot just jump to the turbo or the rings or whatever, you need to first diagnose...
Yeah, that wasn't clear. Toyota gasket looks like the Cometic and blocks the passages, as does everything else except the Titan.
My memory is that the head has the full passages, so it may not make any difference then as there would be nothing to squeeze the gasket even if it was filled.
