Code 11 is a power problem The rest can wait until you fix 11. Check the engine loom to see if its rubbing somewhere. Near the EGR is a favorite spot, also where it runs between the intake manifold runners and check the O2 sensor wires. When you accelerate the engine can twist and things can...
If you cleaned your AFM with generic MAF cleaner and it is still working consider yourself extremely lucky. Only a freon based cleaner will not damage it, but that cleaner is no longer available.
A kill switch is fine as long as your conscious after whatever bad thing has happened that you need to kill the fuel pump. Why not just hook up the COR as it should be, all that is needed is the FC wire and STA wire, and both of those can be wired up in an 80 corolla using a transplanted EFI.
The green wire is grounded by the ECU to turn on the fuel pump once the engine is started. The fuel pump signal is off otherwise (such as when in the acc position). Don't know why you would think the pump would run in ACC!
Note, the COR also uses the starter wire to energize the fuel pump...
The Turbo Indicator was never used in USDM cars since they all get a boost gauge. In other markets, it is used to turn on a dash LED that says "Turbo" approximately when the turbo is spooling. Its a guess though, based only on engine rpm and load. You can leave it disconnected.
This thread has more details on this mod including a tool you can borrow to ream the bolt holes.

The charcoal canister loads up with fuel evaporating from the tank when the car is sitting. When the car is started and after it warms up the canister is purged and the fuel vapors sucked into the intake manifold. The ECU compensates for the extra fuel by backing off on the injector duty...
TPS doesn't do much for these tests where the throttle is held at a steady value. EGR temp is used to set a code 71 if the EGR appears to not be functioning. Neither should play a role here. Do you have any codes set?
I suspect the Ox sensor is okay, but it needs to be ruled out. You can also...
Good enough, would have been nice to have O2 data. Seems you are a little rich and your CO numbers are a little high , although not enough to fail.
I suggest doing the following OX sensor test.

I don't own an 87, so I cannot tell you that. In your first post you said you had the service manual and electrical diagrams. Use those.
In general terms, the CC ECU is under the dash, and the speed wire has I think always been pink. But again, you need to verify for your model year.
Check you have speed pulses at the CC ECU SPD input (the pink wire). The failure of the type A speed test above 21mph indicates the ECU is not seeing a good speed signal.
As I said above, if your speedo cable is old and binding, then it won't produce steady pulses and CC will refuse to...
That's what I thought you meant. Did you check the 4 blinks per revolution at the SPD wire going to the cruise control ECU?
My CC failed to operate when my speedo cable got old and the speedometer needle became very jerky. Does your speedometer show a smooth steady speed on the needle when...
